Before launching a campaign live for the whole target audience, it is recommended to perform a dry run on internal users.

Create a segment for internal users

Launch the campaign for the internal user segment

Once the campaign is tested by internal users on the production environment, the campaign can be duplicated and launched for the whole target audience.
